The Arthritis Foundation’s Living Made Easier Events show you how you CAN beat those daily obstacles and say YES more than no-from cooking to gardening to daily living.
Cooking Made Easier is a program designed to provide you with the knowledge and insights you need to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle with arthritis. In this program we’ll share experts’ tips, techniques and tools – short cuts- to make daily tasks easier on joints, less exhausting and generally more enjoyable. The program will be facilitated by an occupational therapist, Arthritis Foundation staff member, and chef. You’ll also hear directly from other patients about their short cuts – and have an opportunity to share any short cuts of your own if you wish. During the program, two delicious side dishes will be cooked with samples provided to guests.
This event is free. Space is limited. Advance registration REQUIRED
